Welcome to my “Live Well, Laugh Lots” blog! I’m going to be posting an entry once a week (or more if I’m super inspired!) which will focus on everyday habits (choices we repeatedly make day in and day out) that match your desires to foster strong health, enjoy a peaceful life full of joy, and experience whatever version of success you got going on in that mind of yours! I don’t give a hoot about what I or anyone else does “once in a blue moon” – I’m always interested in patterns – what people are doing and thinking on a daily basis and seeing new and different ways that can edge them closer to being in alignment with what they truly want for their bodies, their spirits, and their life experience.
I’m excited to have this new blog because I will be creating a habit of writing more which matches my desires to help people to feel good, have lots of fun, and rock on with their bad selves! Please excuse the very out of date saying I just used, but it’s true, damn it!
Much like my keynote speeches and workshops, I’m going to cover a wide array of topics in this blog so get ready for some good ol’ fashioned rants about eating well, moving your body regularly, reducing chronic stress, the powers of humour and play, thriving through change, and being responsible for the energy you bring to every situation and person in both your professional and personal life. Sometimes it’s going to be about your waist size and sometimes it’s going to be about genuine teamwork. I’m in the business of “living the dream” on a few different levels so get ready to hear about all things positive and healthy! Good times? Yeah, baby!
